Luxury Bed and Breakfast in the Cotswolds
Hovington House offers luxury B&B accommodation in the Cotswolds. It is situated in a small village near Malmesbury, Wiltshire on the southern edge of the Cotswolds. This large, wonderful house is approached by a long drive and sits in 20 acres of gardens and paddocks, in front of the lovely 15th century church. Traditional furnishings combined with the use of vibrant colours throughout, creates an unusual but welcoming style.
The spacious, comfortable bedrooms are all en-suite. One has a stunning barrelled ceiling, with views over the churchyard and field
Guests can relax in front of a log fire after enjoying a candlelit dinner in the Scottish dining hall. The gardens are lovely, especially from June onwards, and the pool is right beside the house with the sun on it all day.
About Your Hosts
Jonathan works in London in property but loves the country - shooting and fishing are his main sports. He was brought up in Kenya and also speaks French.
Barbara used to have a restaurant and therefore loves cooking for guests. She has horses, dogs and cats and spends a lot of time in the garden. Barbara also speaks French and German
Out and About
Masses of local walks, including one to the source of the Thames.
Westonbirt arboretum is 20 mins away
Sailing, windsurfing etc is 10 mins away on lakes.
Bath and Cheltenham are 30 mins away
